No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, all purchases made through Maai Masale are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Taste preference
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Refunds may only be considered where legally required or if Maai Masale determines that the product delivered was incorrect due to our own error.
