Since Maai Masale deals with consumable food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Taste preferences
  • Customer ordering mistakes

If you receive:

  • Wrong Product
  • Damaged Package
  • Missing Item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product

Our team will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance wherever applicable.
